Phil has been working in comics since the 90s and has worked for both Marvel and DC as well as Dark Horse Comics, Image Comics, IDW Publishing, AfterShock Comics, Oni Press and more. He had long runs on Swamp Thing and Green Arrow. Some of his most notable recent work includes The  Family Tree with Jeff Lemire and Gotham City: Year One with Tom King.
